At Al Fatir Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products including fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, animal feed, lubricants, and auto parts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Opened or used products
Damaged products caused by customer misuse
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
Perishable agricultural products once opened
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
